Privacy Policy

This policy explains what GOAT Cricket (goatcricket.ai) collects and how we use it. It is provided in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

If you sign in, we collect your phone number (phone sign-in) or email address and name (Google/Apple sign-in), plus a profile photo if provided. Without an account we store only an anonymous device identifier to keep your GOAT AI chat history on that device. We store the GOAT AI conversations you have with us.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to authenticate sign-ins, store data securely, and power GOAT AI responses. Your data is shared with them only as needed to deliver the service and under their own terms. We do not sell your personal data.

Payments

When you buy a subscription, payment is processed by a trusted third-party payment provider. We share only the information needed to take payment and prevent fraud; we do not store full card details on our servers.

Retention

Chat history is retained until you delete it or your account. Deleted chats are removed from your view immediately and purged from backups on a rolling basis.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data, or delete individual chats in the app. Contact hello@goatcricket.ai to exercise these rights.
